Q1 : Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Log into UPS and enter the tracking number provided in the order shipment confirmation

Q2 : Where do you ship my order from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Stockholm (Sweden).

Q3 : Where is my refund?
We have a handling time of up to 10 business days starting from the day your return has arrived back to our warehouse. When your return has been processed your funds will settle within 2-5 business days if the payment was made by credit/debit card and within one day if you paid by PayPal.
If you made your purchase with Klarna invoice an updated invoice will be sent once the return has been handled. Please note that if you've purchased with Klarna invoice, you still need to handle the invoice in Klarna to avoid any interest fee.

 Q4 : What is Klarna?
Klarna is one of the companies handling payments on self-cinema.com and offers several safe ways to pay for your order. Depending on the country you order from, if you have used Klarna on our site or a different website before as well as the amount of personal information you wish to disclose, you will be offered different payment methods when checking out at self-cinema.com

When ordering at self-cinema.com you will first receive an order confirmation by us, then a receipt and/or invoice by Klarna - either via email or by post - depending on if you chose to pay before or after receiving the order. What payment options are available depends on which country you purchase from and how much information you choose to disclose. Paying after you receive your order may for instance require more information in the checkout then paying by card directly at the checkout. Any refunds are paid back to you safely via Klarna.

 Q5 : What shipping methods does Self Cinema offer?
The correct estimated shipping time and cost is displayed on the checkout page, please select your country in the drop-down menu in the checkout. Please see delivery methods under the terms and conditions pages for more information.

 Q6 : What can I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?    
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period:
Check that the address given for the delivery is correct.
In the case of a missed delivery, please contact UPS at www.ups.com.
